Gina Reid

Gina has more than 20 years experience in intellectual property and IT/general commercial transactions. She read law at Corpus Christi College, University of Cambridge and is dual qualified as a solicitor of Hong Kong and England Wales. She advises multi-national corporations and SMEs on licensing, software/IT contracts, SaaS, Master Services Agreements, general commercial contracts, e-commerce, NDAs and data privacy issues. She also has extensive experience advising clients on contentious and non-contentious IP matters.

In her spare time, she loves cooking with her 19 year old twins and entertaining her close friends and family at home.
